Shuttle and Oversized Vehicle Access — Lot A
Private shuttles and oversized vehicles not operated by Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, MVTA, or Southwest Transit, Canterbury Park, or Boardwalk should use Lot A for drop-off, pick-up, and staging unless directed otherwise by venue staff or public safety. This includes charter buses, limo buses, party buses, hotel shuttles, private group transportation, and other oversized vehicles.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Oversized vehicles are not permitted in Lot C, Lot D/Premium Lot, Lot E, Lot G, or the Premier Lot. Parking in these lots is for standard-sized vehicles only.
- Encore Drive, Lot G, and the South Gate shuttle area are restricted unless approved in advance by Mystic Lake Amphitheater.
- Vehicles may not stop, load, unload, or stage on public roadways.
- Drivers should follow event signage, traffic-control personnel, venue staff, and public safety directions.
- For post-show pick-up, vehicles should return to Lot A or the assigned pick-up area no later than 45 minutes before the scheduled or anticipated end of the show.
- Guests should confirm their pick-up location and driver contact information before entering the venue.
From the East / Burnsville Area
Take County Road 42 west toward Savage, then follow signs to Highway 13 / County Road 101 west. Continue on County Road 101 west toward Shakopee, turn south onto Shenandoah Drive, continue to Unbridled Avenue, and follow event signs to Lot A.
From the North / Northwest
Take your preferred route to County Road 101 toward Shakopee. Turn south onto Shenandoah Drive, continue to Unbridled Avenue, and follow event signs to Lot A.
From the South
Use Eagle Creek Boulevard to Marschall Road, then continue to County Road 101 east. Turn onto Shenandoah Drive, continue to Unbridled Avenue, and follow event signs to Lot A.
