RIDESHARE
Fans using rideshare or being dropped off may use RIDESHARE LOT A, located off Unbridled Avenue, for both drop-offs & pickup. Showtime Drive may also be used for drop-off ONLY. All pickups must take place in RIDESHARE LOT A. Please plan ahead to have your pickup vehicle on site no later than 10:30PM.

COME RAIN OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-120 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

BAG POLICY
We will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small wristlet-style clutch bags (6”x 9”). Medical bags (including bags for breast pumping equipment) may be larger. No other bags of any type will be allowed.

PARKING

We have a variety of shuttle options available to get you to the venue from nearby locations. Explore the options HERE.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. Please make sure you have your app updated to the latest version and that all tickets appear in your mobile wallet. More info on mobile tickets HERE.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to our Guest Services Kiosk at North and South Gates as well as the East Plaza, and they’ll exchange cash for a card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
Open on show days only, starting at 12pm.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our booths at the North and South gates, with additional locations in our East Plaza.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING
Sorry, we don't allow it. Overnight camping and parking are also no-go's. Be cool,
wait until you're inside the venue to party.

OVERSIZED VEHICLE PARKING
Private shuttles and oversized vehicles not operated by Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, MVTA, or Southwest Transit should use Lot A for drop-off, pick-up, and staging unless directed otherwise by venue staff or public safety. This includes charter buses, limo buses, party buses, hotel shuttles, private group transportation, and other oversized vehicles. Get directions to Lot A  HERE.
