We're an all-ages venue, so we don't require you to show your ID at the door. But you'll still need a valid ID if you plan on drinking alcohol. Any of these will work:
- A state-issued ID or driver’s license
- Current US Government or military ID
- An official passport
We take underage drinking seriously, and if you don’t have an ID that proves you’re 21 or older, you won’t be able to buy, drink, or carry alcohol in the venue. If you break these rules, you will be removed from the amphitheater. And no, you won’t get a refund.
No. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show.
If we have to evacuate the venue for severe weather, you'll be allowed to re-enter if/when we're given the all clear. Be sure to have your ticket ready to be rescanned.
If you’re still at the event, you can visit our Guest Service Kiosk, located at the North and South, or our Guest Services Office, located in the East Plaza, to see if it has been turned in. After an event, please visit our virtual lost and found HERE or give us a call at (952) 697-7600.
